This policy describes how Local Toolworks uses cookies and local storage. The short version: this site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

What this site sets today

The tools are static pages with no backend and no third-party services. No advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or tracking beacons are set. The site does not display ads and has no ad-network relationship — the ads.txt file is an explicit template, not a live declaration.

The site ships a consent-management integration point (the Cookie settings control in the footer). It is currently inactive: no consent-management platform (CMP) provider is configured, so no optional cookies exist and there is nothing to revoke. The control states this honestly rather than pretending a CMP is live.

If a CMP provider is configured in a future build, your choices will be stored locally on your device, the dialog will say so, and it will become the place to change or revoke consent. This policy will be updated at the same time.

Local storage

Until a CMP is configured, the site does not write anything to your browser's storage. Future consent preferences, if any, would be kept in your browser's local storage — never on a server — and can be cleared from the browser's site settings at any time.
